Photo Uploads
Photos can help Rick understand visible problems or the current condition of a room before the first conversation.
Privacy
Do not send Social Security numbers, payment-card data or unnecessary sensitive information through this general service form.
Request Service Online
Tell us what you need. You may attach up to three JPG, PNG or WebP photos, up to 5 MB each.
What Happens After You Request Service
Once your request comes in, it is reviewed along with any photos you attached. You will be contacted by phone or email, whichever you chose in the form, to talk through what is happening and the next step. For many jobs, that next step is a visit to look at the problem or the room in person.
Nothing starts without your go-ahead. The scope of the work is explained and agreed before anything begins, and the finished work is reviewed with you at the end.
What to Include in Your Message
When you request service, the more specific the message, the more useful the first conversation will be. Helpful details include:
- the fixture, drain or room involved, such as a kitchen sink, a basement floor drain or an upstairs bathroom
- what you are noticing: a slow drain, a drip, a smell, a noise, low water pressure or no hot water
- when it started and whether it is getting worse
- anything you have already tried, such as a plunger or a store-bought drain cleaner
- for remodeling, what you want to change and a rough sense of timing
Tips for Useful Photos
You can attach up to three photos when you request service online. Choose shots that show both the problem and what is around it:
- one wide photo of the whole fixture or room, plus one close-up of the problem area
- the label on a water heater, which shows its model, capacity and fuel type
- the pipes and connections under a sink, with the cabinet emptied
- water stains, damaged flooring or soft spots near the fixture
- good light: turn on the room lights or use your phone’s flash
If Water Is Leaking Now
Do not wait on the online form for an active leak. If you can do it safely, close the shutoff valve under or behind the fixture, or the main shutoff where the water line enters the house. Then call (330) 719-5020 and describe what you see.
For slower problems, such as a running toilet or a dripping faucet, the EPA’s WaterSense leak guide explains how to check for common household leaks before you request service.
Choosing the Right Service
The “Service needed” menu in the form helps us route your request, but you do not need to be certain of the cause to request service. A drain that backs up in several places at once, for example, may point to a main line problem rather than one clogged fixture. If you are unsure, pick the closest match or choose Other and describe what is happening.
